• The supply of these products will be made strictly on advance payment and all correspondence should be made with Head, Biological Products Division, IVRI, Izatnagar – 243122, Bareilly, (U.P.)
  • GST will be charged @12 %.
• The advance payment for supply of above biological products should be made by online payment (Account No 10148035293, IFSC code SBIN0007027) or crossed Demand Draft in favour of ICAR Unit IVRI, Izatnagar, payable at State Bank of India, CARI Branch, Bareilly (SBI Code No. 7027) or any other Bank at Bareilly, UP.
• Price is subject to change without any prior notice and the products are dispatched at owner’s risk by post parcel/Rail/Air.
• The leaflet giving details regarding reconstitution, use, procedure for the test/inoculation, keeping quality, storage & packing etc. will be supplied along with the Vaccines/Antigens.
• The Biological Products are supplied at Indenter’s risk, the responsibility of this Institute for the loss/damage caused during transit due to breakage/shortage booked by Rail/Postal/Airlines ceases when the goods are handed over to the transportation authorities viz. Postal/Railway/Airlines.
• Please ask for proforma invoice by giving your demand so that proforma invoice including CST/VAT/Packing & Forwarding charges could be sent to your address.
