About Anatomy IVRI

The section of Veterinary Anatomy was created on 4th Nov 2015 with the initiation of undergraduate programme i.e. BVSc & AH at ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar (Bareilly). The Section of Veterinary Anatomy undertakes theoretical and practical teaching to undergraduate B.V.Sc. & A.H. students as per MSVE notified by Veterinary council of India (VCI). The Section has all the facilities, which are important and required to impart quality education to the Veterinary students. The Section has well equipped laboratory facilities for practical training to undergraduate students including microscopic anatomy, osteology, embryology labs and dissection hall. Section of Veterinary Anatomy plays pivotal role in providing undergraduate students a strong foundation for ensuing multifaceted veterinary medical education. For the continued efforts and collective teamwork the section has been appreciated and adjudged as one of the best maintained Section from time to time.
