In super session of all the previous orders on the subjects, it is declared that Shri Rakesh Kumar, Chief Adm. Officer will act as Central Public Information Officer & Dr. Triveni Dutt, Joint Director(EE) as Appellate Authority for RTI matters for the whole Institute with immediate effect until further orders.

  6. Any officer, whose assistance has been sought under sub-section (4), shall render all assistance to the Central Public Information Officer, as the case may be, seeking his or her assistance and for the purposes of any contravention of the provisions of this Act, such other officer shall be treated as a Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be.
    All officers from whom information is sought by the undersigned under the RTI Act, 2005 are henceforth declared as the Deemed CPIO, under the said provision of the Act. Hence, in case of non-receipt or delayed receipt of information sought by the undersigned, all consequential responsibilities will fall upon the Deened CPIOS.
