About : A Central facility of the Institute
The Communication Centre was established in 1986 with a main objective to coordinate and provide
effective services to the faculties in their teaching,training and research.
The centre consists of the following units.
- Press Unit
- Central Photo Laboratory
- Media Unit
- Central Arts Section
- Bindery Section
- Reprography Section
- Central Typing Pool
- Publication & Information Section
During last five years, the Centre has made significant contributions in the field of publication and has updated all divisional scientific reports,
annual reports, research monographs, bulletins, hand books and Deemed University information bulletins, etc.
The publication work for all the training programmes, symposia, seminars, conferences, etc. organized by the institute is the responsibility of the Centre.
At present 27 technical personnel specialized in different fields are carrying out the work at the centre.
