Terms & Conditions
- The rates are F.O.R. Izatnagar and do not include sales tax and Freight charges.
- The supply of these products will be made strictly on advance payment and all correspondence should be made with Head, Biological Products Division, IVRI, Izatnagar – 243122, Bareilly, (U.P.)

- Central Sales Tax will be charged @ 5%. No Form ‘C’ & ‘D’ is applicable now.
- For supplies within UP, VAT will be charged @ 5%.
- The advance payment for supply of above biological products should be made by crossed Demand Draft in favour of Head, B.P. Division, IVRI payable at State Bank of India, CARI Branch, Bareilly (SBI Code No. 7027) or any other Bank at Bareilly, UP.
- The products at SI. No. 1, 5 & 6 should be collected by sending a messenger along with Thermos flask / Ice chest.
- Price is subject to change without any prior notice and the products are dispatched at owner’s risk by post parcel/Rail/Air.
- The Joint Director, IVRI, Hebbal, Bangalore 560024 should be contacted for supply of Polyvalent / Monovalent Foot and Mouth disease vaccine[Gram: Vetex Bangalore,Fax No.080-23412509, E.mail: bngivri@kar.nic.in].
- The Defence Departments of Govt. of India only can remit payment by cheques payable at State Bank of India, Bareilly (SBI Code No. 0615) and the controller of defence accounts may be informed accordingly by the indenters.
- The leaflet giving details regarding reconstitution, use, procedure for the test/vaccination, keeping quality, storage & packing etc. will be supplied along with the Vaccines/Antigens.
- The Biological Products are supplied at Indenter’s risk, the responsibility of this Institute for the loss/damage caused during transit due to breakage/shortage booked by Rail/Postal/Airlines ceases when the goods are handed over to the transportation authorities viz. Postal/Railway/Airlines.
- Please ask for proforma invoice by giving your demand so that proforma invoice including CST/VAT/Packing & Forwarding charges could be sent to your address.
